Pajamas and stretching in the morning for intimacy and connection. We love it, and don't be intimidated by the amazing acro yoga poses that you find on the internet. It is clear that we are not ready for many of those moves (yet) but here are some videos to start with that are gentle and balancing and will leave you and your partner feeling stretched, focused, and connected with each other. We are always looking for ways to enhance the connection between spouse and partners and we found a beautiful way to do this using Morning Partner Yoga.
